We provide a Group Life Assurance policy for all colleagues from day one that will pay a lump sum amount of either two or four times their basic annual salary. Our Life Assurance policy will help to ensure that the financial futures of your family members are safeguarded. The lump sum payment can be used in any way the nominated beneficiary sees fit.

Colleagues who meet the eligibility criteria have the choice of either a car allowance or company funded vehicle to enable them to carry out their work efficiently and safely.

We provide Private Medical Insurance where colleagues meet the required eligibility criteria. Our Private Medical Insurance allows colleagues to access treatment quickly. This offers the best chance of recovering as quickly as possible and therefore returning to their normal lives as soon as possible. The policy also allows dependents to be covered, providing peace of mind in the event of treatment being required and as little inconvenience to family life as possible while treatment is quickly obtained.
