John is the Account Director for the Yorkshire Water – Waste Water Service Agreement (WWSA) Framework. With more than 27 years of experience in the sector, he brings a wealth of knowledge managing water and gas contracts and as a key delivery partner within the repairs and maintenance framework.
John manages an experienced team within the fast-paced repairs and maintenance environment and through his strong leadership allows his team the autonomy to perform and make decisions based on their expertise. He is passionate about providing the very best service to our clients and the team continuously looks at new ways of working, looking at efficiencies and improvements for the business.
