Having worked in the water industry for more than 20 years, Stephen has vast knowledge and experience to draw on that allows him to successfully lead his team and create strong relationships with our clients.
Stephen Delaney is our Director of Capital Works, overseeing capital project delivery across three of our Frameworks including Severn Trent, United Utilities and Northumbrian Water Group working alongside our Framework Directors.
Stephen has worked at Avove since 2021 and manages a multi-discipline team providing robust advice and guidance to allow projects to be delivered efficiently, safely and to agreed deadlines. He manages operations, project delivery, budgeting and finance, growth plans and building relationships with our clients.
He is passionate about making a difference in the industry and improving modern living, and believes that empowering his team will deliver the best service for our clients.
